At Beach Hauze Design Studio, our full-service interior design offering is a comprehensive, start-to-finish experience tailored entirely to you. From the initial concept to the final styling touches, we manage every detail of your project with care and creativity. Working within your budget, we thoughtfully curate your lighting, furniture, window treatments, paint colours and more. Our process begins with getting to know you: your vision, your preferences, your must-haves, and even the things you’re unsure about. We’ll introduce you to new ideas, materials, and color palettes that push boundaries in the best way. 
Custom quotes are available based on the scope, size, and specific needs of your space. 

What’s Included:

In-person meeting

We begin with a collaborative client-designer consultation where we take the time to truly understand your vision. Together, we explore your desired design direction, expectations, and the specific details of what you love—and what you don’t—to ensure every choice reflects your unique style and needs.

On-site measuring and planning

Once your signed letter of agreement and retainer are in place, we get started right away. Our team will visit your space to take detailed measurements and photographs, and we’ll note any existing furniture or artwork you’d like to incorporate into the design. We also coordinate on-site meetings with key trades—such as general contractors and window treatment specialists—to gather estimates and ensure everyone involved is aligned from the beginning.

Preliminary design

Next, we dive into the intricate details of your project. Over the course of 4–6 weeks, we develop initial floor plans, select architectural finishes, create cohesive color schemes, source window treatments, shop for furnishings, and curate fabrics and decorative accents. This is the heart of the design process—where every element is carefully considered and refined to bring your vision to life.

Presenation meeting and investment review

This is the exciting part—where you get to see all the thoughtfully curated selections and design concepts we’ve created just for you. During this exciting presentation, we’ll walk you through all the custom selections—furnishings, finishes, and decor—and review the investment details for each. We’ll note any feedback, make adjustments where needed, and finalize your approval. Once everything is confirmed, payment is collected for the selected items. From there, we move into implementation. 

Purchasing and product management

We manage the entire ordering process from start to finish—issuing all purchase orders, tracking each item, and ensuring everything arrives accurately and in perfect condition.

Trade coordinating and site visits

During this time, we will coordinate with contractors and tradespeople. We will oversee every detail throughout construction and installation process.

Installation and styling

This is the final stage—when all the furnishings arrive and we begin styling and personalizing each space with care and attention to detail, preparing everything for your exciting big reveal.

Project review and final walk through

You'll be taken on a guided tour through each beautifully finished space, where you'll see how every detail of the original design concept has come to life.
